Winter has a way of making us remember all the things we meant to do while the weather was warm.

The cabin and its surrounding 19 acres are protected under a conservation easement with the Columbia Land Trust, helping preserve this special stretch of the Kalama River and surrounding forest for the future.

Welch Cabin is also part of the nonprofit Make It Foundation. Income generated through cabin stays helps cover operating expenses, while remaining funds support charitable health and conservation causes in the community.
